Privacy- 35 Weeks

I've been making plans to take 1000 pictures a day of my baby and post them all over your Facebook feed. As much as I really don't care to see someone else's kid in the bathtub or with food all over their face, when it's my kid I know I'll think it's the cutest thing that I just have to share with the world. I am apologizing in advance for the ridiculous amount of pictures that may start coming up in the next few weeks. That is what a blog is for though. You can put whatever the heck you want on it and if people don't like it, they don't have to read it.

I've been thinking a lot about how private I want my life to be once the little guy is here. I wouldn't say I'm a very private person. I like my space, but that's different than privacy. I like to write about the real things going on in my life, share pictures no matter how scary, and not worry too much about what other people think. My blog has basically turned into my journal and something I really enjoy doing and sharing with people. With a brand new baby coming soon, I've really started to question how much I want out there in the creepy internet world. I don't really want to make my blog private, but I also don't know that I want any scary Larry able to access pictures of my sweet little guy from their computer in the basement. I haven't really decided what to do yet.

Yesterday I had this sudden fear that my blog was going to get lost out in internet space and the last 4 years of pictures and memories would be wiped away forever. I want to find an inexpensive way to print the whole thing into a book. Each time I look into it, it gets more and more expensive as my blog gets longer and longer. It's time to just do it though. Any suggestions on a good company to use are welcome!

After being sent on a wild goose chase around the hospital, I was finally able to get pre-registered yesterday. One more item checked off my list! We also discussed payment options and for the first time since getting married, I'm so glad we have good health insurance. We've never really had to use it before, but it's definitely going to come in handy having a baby!

I think my yoga class days may be coming to an end soon. There are several poses I'm not able to do, and sometimes I feel like I've pulled some weird muscles in my stomach for a few days afterwards. I'm sure that's a sign that my body doesn't like it. I can continue to do the simpler stuff at home, but I think the classes may be too much for me this last month, which is a bummer because I love it. For everyone else's sake this is probably a good thing. I'm quite a site to see in class balancing on one foot with my leg in the air and giant belly in the way. I am still going to take advantage of going to the gym though. Not necessarily to work out, but to use those heaven-sent massage chairs. In fact, I might "go to the gym" twice a day. That's how dedicated to being healthy I am (I say as I eat 4 cinnamon rolls for breakfast).

Blogging is so important to me. I have my blog private, and I use as a journal for our family. I just printed our book last year and it was really easy. I used Blog2print. Before that I was going to use Blurb. I worked on it with Blurb for like 6 months, but it was taking WAY TOO LONG. You can definitely do a lot more with blurb, but I uploaded and printed my blog with blog2print in 10 minutes. It's hardbound and really nice.

P.S. You can find coupon codes to use. I think it was $120 for 4 years worth of blogging (this is when I didn't blog as much). Now I blog at least once a week;)
