It's true, I think I'm growing a second elbow! Last week I was laying in bed and noticed that from my distorted point of view, my elbow was looking a little different.... pointier. That same day Mark and I were just chatting about the usual (living by the ocean and never going to work). Suddenly in a horrified voice he shouts, "Why do you have two elbows on the same arm?!" We spent the next several minutes examining my strange elbows and trying to figure out if his were similar, or if I was in fact experiencing some sort of growth.
I'm not sure if my arms have always been this way, or if each of us just happened to notice their peculiar boniness on the same day. We soon became bored of the topic and moved onto other things. Then the other night Mark started referring to my second pointy elbow as my pterodactyl arm. This was followed by dinosaur noises, and miniature claw hand/arm flapping.
Does everyone have two bumps by their elbow? Or am I actually sprouting a pterodactyl arm?

I think I need another picture, from another angle.
I am currently checking out my own elbows while I wait.
I totally checked out my elbows while reading this post! I also have Two elbows, but I really dont think it is two elbows, I think it is supposed to be like that :) My kids have them too.
I think JoHanna is right :) I have two lovely bumps on mine as well. You're not alone!
Husband here....She has the standard two bump elbow....and then something else....
Mark's right. After further examination we found I have the normal 2 bumps, but then a third bump on the inside. So I guess I drew the arrows on my picture wrong. I'm a freak of nature.
P.S. That was Mark's first blog comment ever! I'm so proud.
