So Long Treats!

HCG Day 2

Breakfast- Muffins with extra butter and a banana.
Lunch- Raspberry filled powder donut, a spoonful of peanut butter, yogurt and Doritos. Huh???
Dinner- Cajun fettucini alfredo and foccacia bread.
Dessert- Ice cream of course!

I sure hope I'm loading up on enough fats because as nice as it is to eat so many treats guilt-free, I feel disgusting! I cooked some hamburger so that I'm already to take my lunch to work tomorrow. I've also gained two pounds so I'm glad I don't have to do a third "loading day". Maybe the point is to eat so many treats the first two days that you feel so ill you can go a month without craving them again.
