I'm not as strong as I hoped I would be at this HCG thing, but I'm stronger than I thought I would be! After yesterday's freakout I decided to give it 3 more days, lose a little bit more, and call it good. Today is the last day I'll take the drops. The HCG stays in your system for 48 hours so I'll continue the diet for two more days. I didn't lose as much as I said I wanted to, I feel like I'm back at the weight where my body is happy and I learned so much!
