Mark and I are very fortunate. We have had very few trials since we've been married, or our whole lives for that matter. This past week we had several come all at once. When it rains it pours I suppose.
Whenever I get in stressed out mode Mark tells me that as long as we are doing all that we can, there is no need to stress. And then he always follows his rational and calming words with, "C'est La Vie", French for "That is life". I love that man.
The only thing you can do when things get really rough is be thankful you don't have to go through it alone, smile, and laugh. Laugh until your sides hurt!

aww, so cute! You two are lucky to have each other :)
adorable picture! You are true, when it rains it pours, but it seems like that with blessings also! Life can sooo frustrating, but so amazing!
love the picture! when it rains it does pour - hope things get less stressful!
Love this post. Thanks for the reminder. I'm going through a bunch of stuff with my family right now... you're right: when it rains, it pours. But it will all work out! Love your blog - you're a doll.
I think he's a pretty great husband if he reminds you to "C'est La Vie." Definitely helps out.
Thanks for the good luck with recovery. And thank you, all the pictures of my buttons I took while on vacation to Phoenix and back over Christmas break! Have a good week!
Why are men so rational? When I'm stressed I'm totally not rational. Well, ok, I'm pretty much always more emotional than rational. But that's why we marry men, because they can be the rational ones. Love that picture!
aw cute! It's always important to laugh! Makes everything so much better :)
Trials are never fun, but for my husband and I, all of the trials early in our marriage brought us closer and strengthened our relationship immensely.
Also, that photo is super cute!
i could not agree more! smart hubby! :)

C'est La Vie, my friend.
