From The Fridge's Point Of View

Help we have no food. Nooooooooo fooooooooooooooood!!!! And no energy to buy more food. Ooooh we may die of malnutrition from only eating Mac N' Cheese and Poptarts. No matter how many times we open the fridge or pantry, the same 5 things are still sitting there just like the 10 minutes before. I thought each time you opened and closed the doors, the food multiplied. The concept definitely works in our sink. One dish.... 5 minutes later.... 2 dishes...... 5 minutes later.... 4 dishes..... 5 minutes later..... 8 dishes..... and so on until 100. I think our dishes are mating in the sink.

These pictures were taken when we were dating (yes we were that cool), but they were very fitting considering our current state of starvation. Back before we had to worry about keeping our fridge stocked with food, who's going to do the dishes, and what bills are coming next. Before we got to wake up next to each other, before we taught ourselves to play tennis together, before we moved 4 times in 18 months, before we went on camping trips together, and before we knew how freaking awesome it is to be married to your best friend.

Haha my fridge felt the same way last week! I skipped grocery shopping because I was going home and I was getting by eating the very last bit of food I had!

You two are cute! Being married to your best friend is amazing. No food on the other hand... is not! Do you need someone to send you a care package? ;)

Love, love the pictures. My kids have been sick so I haven't been grocery shopping either. We have our choice for dinner tonight: ketchup on graham crakers or a sour cream and goldfish mix.
