There is an abundance of reasons why I love summer and the list grows the older I get: mountain biking, snow cones, tan skin, swimming pools, summer nights, summer mornings, camp fires, star gazing, flip flops, more daylight, rodeos, and ice cream.
Notice I listed summer mornings and summer nights, but not anything in between? I am not a fan of the sweltering heat. There are many things I thought about adding to the list, but I love them all so much more in the spring or fall when it's not as hot as the devil's arm pit outside.
Winter will always be my favorite season and I can't wait for it to return.
