Mark: Mountain Dew and I just aren't as close as we used to be. We still see each other, but it's just not the same.
Jamie: I know what you mean. It's probably better though. She wasn't healthy for you. You're better off.
Mark: I know, I know. It's just hard sometimes. I've been seeing water a lot though lately.
Jamie: Water? Really?
Mark: Yeah. She's really bland and sometimes boring, but there's just something I like about her. She makes me feel good inside.
Mark's been throwing out the candy and soda, and eating healthy guys. This means I can cook all the whole wheat, veggie recipes I ever dreamed of. And he eats them! Eating veggies and funny too. I love this guy!

hehehe this was cute :) I have really cut back on soda and I find myself CRAVING water all the time... one of those easy ways to lose a few LB's and feel a little better :)
