I've recently discovered there's a whole world of people with awesome blogs that I love to read, and actually like to read mine! It's so fun to meet new friends interested in the same things as you. Even if it's more like screen to screen than face to face.
Lindsay from My Happily Ever After gave me the Versatile Blogger Award! Such a sweetheart! It's a good thing too because my brain was not producing any material worth writing or reading about today. Part of accepting the award is answering these ten questions:
1. Why did you create this blog?I started it because I couldn't sleep one day. It began as a usual this is what my husband and I did today kind of blog, but I quickly found I had much more to write about than that. Now I look forward to writing about all the crazy things that go on in my head.
2. What kind of blogs do you follow?
Blogs that make me think. Not so much fashion, cutesy wootsy, or cheesy weesy. More like blogs with great photography, funny stories, health info, or good writing.
3. Favorite Make-Up Brand?
Anything that I can find at Target under $10.
4. Favorite Clothing Brand?
I'm a tiny bit crazy about True Religion Jeans and anything from American Eagle. And I always find myself drooling when I'm looking at Athletica Catalogs. I've also become super cheap lately so anything on clearance is a plus!
5. Indispensable Make-Up Product?
Chap stick.
6. Favorite Color?
To wear? Black cause it hides all those places you want to hide. To look at? Red.
7. Favorite Perfume?
DKNY
8. Favorite Film?
When Harry Met Sally
9. What country would you like to visit and why?
New Zealand. Ocean, ski resorts, what more could I ask for!
10. Would you rather forget to put on mascara on one eye or forget blush on one side of your face?
Definitely blush. I have really fair skin so I don't wear very much blush anyway. People always comment on my eyes so I'm sure they would notice!

Thanks Jamie!!!! OMG and we have so much in common! I pretty much buy everything at target -- especially if its on sale or [even better] clearance cause for some reason I'm as cheap as an old lady! and DNKY is one of my favorites ever! =)
