The Apartment on Main

I've never been really into architecture or interior design, but I have always loved exposed brick and old hardwood floors. Buildings like the Union Station in Ogden or the Old Spaghetti Factory in Salt Lake are worth visiting just to see the buildings. That's why I am loving this apartment we are currently staying at in Montana! It's on the cutest Main Street, and above a hair salon. The apartment used to be an old business of some kind. There are exit signs hanging form the ceiling, a mail slot, and an industrial sink! Because we found it through a last minute connection in Montana, we got a great deal and it's much larger than anywhere we've stayed so far. There is definitely not a yard to play in, but there's enough space it doesn't matter, and the hardwood floors are great for trains and remote control cars. This isn't a place we would normally pick, but we were just grateful to find something last minute. We usually try to find places more secluded and away from town, but we're actually really enjoying being in the middle of everything!
