It's hard to believe that one year ago we were living in an apartment in Salt Lake. Mark was starting a new job and we were in the process of buying our first house. We had one dog and no intentions of adding to our little family for a few years at least. Now we live in our own home with not only one dog, but two dogs and our sweet baby boy! If a little over a year ago someone would have told me that Mark would leave banking, we would buy a house in Layton, and have a baby, I would have thought they were absolutely bonkers. So much can change in just one year! Even though none of this was what I had in mind, I am the happiest I have ever been. When things don't go according to plan it isn't always a bad thing!
