Eat Naked

I have heard before that eating naked helps you eat less. I have not tried this, but I imagine it works. I have a more modest and public friendly version of this health tip though: wear fitted clothing. I don't mean wear something so tight that your coworkers are wondering if you got lost and did your shopping in the children's department, but wear clothes that are fitted and that you feel good in. When I wear a bulky sweater or slouchy t-shirt, I act..... bulky and slouchy. I'm not really sure what that means, but it is a good description of my mood in oversized clothing. When I wear a sweater or cute hippy breezy shirt, I am less conscious of what I'm eating because if I have a food baby for the next few hours no one will notice. Therefore, whenever I go out for italian I make it a point to wear the closest thing to maternity clothes that I own. By wearing clothes that fit well I feel better which makes me eat better and I'm always sure to avoid the whole post dinner spare tire look. It's a good thing I have no desire to go into the medical field. First of all, it pays way better than education. And second, wearing scrubs everyday with an ever expanding stretchy waste band would allow for more treats and oversized lunches than I can imagine.

You aren't kidding about the scrubs thing. It is a serious issue I deal with on a regular basis :-/

Well, I would say that I eat well no matter what I wear, but that would be a complete lie. In fact, as I write this, I sit in workout clothes, eating bad-for-me-foods. I will lose this wright, I will lose this weight...

I would hardly eat anything at all if I had to eat naked. I would be in such a hurry to finish so I could put clothes back on :)

That would be so awkward!
