Changing Seasons

This morning when I left for work it was raining, half way through my drive it was a blizzard, and by the time I got there it was sunny. Freezing, but sunny. I’m not sure if this rapid change in weather is an example of typical Utah weather or proof that I have a very long commute. It made me long for those chilly mornings where everything is covered in white and the sun is out. There are few things I love more than wintery snow covered days with the sun shining, especially if I’m on a snowboard! Nothing beats that.

I think it’s safe to say fall is over, which means no more beautiful pictures in the colorful leaves. But it does mean it’s time to start scheduling winter pictures! I would love to take pictures for Christmas cards once it snows (or before). If you’re interested let me know! Keep in mind I’m still building my portfolio so I’m not charging anything.

Mark also has some changes in his life.... he got a new job in Bountiful! I'm so excited for him! He will be the FSR at a Zion's branch there which is a lot closer than Park City, and not up a windy scary icy canyon!

Now that it gets dark at lunch time that means it's back to the gym. The only place you can really get a good work out when it's dark and cold! I love the gym (especially yoga classes), but I love playing tennis, longboarding, hiking etc.... I guess that's the price I pay when I just wish for snow! Once the resorts are open it will all be worth it!
