New Job YAYAYAYAYAYAYA

When I'm stressed, I sometimes take things a bit too far to the extreme. Although Mark is a sweetheart and listens to my frustrations and concerns, I'm sure inside he's thinking I'm crazy. The past few days I've had visions of my future life and I think I went a little cookoo: "Mark, my life is doomed, I'm never going to use my education, I'll end up working at Subway (not that this is a bad job, I used to work there. I just hated that my clothes, car and hair constantly smelled like rising bread and molding ham), we're going to live in our car, which is nothing more than a cardboard box, and we'll have to live off of bread and water..... unfiltered water! Mark what are we going to dooooo???"

Why have I been feeling this way? Because searching for the perfect job is hard hard hard and I'm not very patient. I feel very lucky to have a job at all right now, but I just miss what I was doing in St. George so much. Luckily I didn't have to wait long at all... today I was offered a job as Administrative Assistant for a new charter school in Riverdale! I thought we moved too far into the summer to find any jobs in education, let alone exactly what I love doing! I feel super excited and very blessed. Starting a new school is one of the hardest things I've ever done, but also the most rewarding. I begin in a few weeks and I can't wait!

Tonight Mark and I went to Tepenyaki to celebrate. I've always ordered sushi because it's healthy and cool, and by eating it that must mean I'm healthy and cool. Tonight I realized that I don't really like sushi and I've been wasting all these years convincing myself that I'm healthy and cool enough to eat sushi. Sick. I might not be healthy and cool enough to eat sushi, but I'm now mature enough to realize that eating raw fish wrapped in seaweed is not that tasty.

WARNING: The Last Airbender is not worth the gas it takes to get to the movie theater. Mark and I walked out about 45 minutes into it. The concept was cool, but it had worst acting in it than the movies my 12 year old friends and I used to make.

Happy BBQing and fireworking this weekend!

YAY! That's so happy!!!! I'm so glad it all worked out! And it didn't take as long as you thought! I tried to call Mark this week... He's lame and doesn't ever answer his phone. I guess I should stick to our original plan and just call you... I will sometime this week. Congrats on the new job!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I either meant the drive is going to "stink", or the drive us going to "suck". I'm not sure which one haha.
