It's My Birthday!!!!

It's my birthday.... in September! But I got my present yesterday and I couldn't be more excited. After a year and a half of sleeping on a full size bed, we finally got the king size, super high, super puffy, cloud of a bed that I've always dreamed about! I must say last night was the most amazing sleep I've ever had. I could stretch out as far as I wanted, poke my elbows out, lay sideways and stick my legs out without Mark calling me stork legs, and we could still cuddle if wanted to, but not because we had to.

Out with the old, in with the new. It made a mess of our apartment!

Don't mind the bedskirt not reaching the ground haha. It's looks a bit funny. We bought risers and didn't think about getting a longer bedskirt so that's on my to-do list this week. I'm on the look out for a really cool picture to hang above the bed, we didn't have one before because we had a head-board so the wall didn't look so empty..... also on my to-do list. 

Your bed is where you end and begin each day and I figure it should be the most amazing, comfortable thing you own. Mark didn't think it was very funny when we were going to bed and he said "I love you" and I said "I love the bed". Haha. I love my present and I love my husband! Thank you!

P.S. I know this picture is pretty cheesy, but don't I look so happy and in love with the space and puffiness of my new bed? Because I am.
