Namaste

I went to a pilates class in college once. I felt like I could have had a better workout sitting on the couch picking my nose haha. After that class I've never been interested in pilates/yoga classes, but last Saturday I decided see why everyone is always going on and on about yoga. I was actually really enjoying it until the last ten minutes of class everyone was supposed to lay in the fetal position "meditating" or something to "represent birth". What? No thanks.... I was super weirded out. I didn't feel like I had that good of a workout and I could play "pretend you're a baby" at home, so I said I was going to stick with my usual spinning classes from now on. Well, this past week my legs were more sore than they have ever been! Apparently it was a better workout than I thought. Here it is Saturday morning again, and strangely enough I'm looking forward to going to the yoga class again. Only this time I think I will leave when it comes to the fetal position part....
